These 4 Qualities a company needs to last

When I first started working from home I did
join companies based on HYPE and Promises and
never really took a look at what qualities a company
needs to last long term!
These are the 4 qualities a company HAS to have:

#1 – A product that everyone needs long term!
Nexera rates the top 25 Network Marketing companies
based on sales & being in business for 10 years or
longer!
They revealed that of the top 25 companies there
were 0 travel companies, 2 technology companies, 1
service based company and 22 health and wellness!
Wow! Is that a clear indicator that health and wellness
lasts long term or what!

#2 – A Killer Retention Rate
If you bring people into a business and 80% of your
people drop out the first year what does that do
for your residual income? Last I checked, not much!
So you need to find a company that has a killer retention rate!

#3 – Low start up cost
If there are huge start-up costs you may make some
decent up-front money if you are a good recruiter
but the growth will eventually die because most of
your organization will be normal average people!  
If they don’t bring in a ton of people to make their
autoship payment they will quit!   Having a high
start up will not help the average person recruit.

#4 – Compensation Plan that rewards the average
person as well as the leader!
Most comp plans put their profit sharing at the top
of the company!   So the top dogs get a cut of the
efforts of the whole company and those just starting
are left behind!   You want to find a company that
puts the profit sharing at the bottom, middle & top
of the company!   That way it is fair for all people who
joins, and reward everyone not just the top dogs!
So there you have it – the top 4 qualities a company
need to last long term.
