I want to thank you all for the pose tive comments on my blog, was overwhelmed that so many people read it and liked it, it warmed my heart, unfortunately I can not answer all of you. Will try to understand how to dispose of it later, it is much to learn!

Some thoughts that I have;
I think it’s a great way to visualize the work, no matter what you are doing. The appropriate course, ideal for network marketing / MLM.
Vision – Can Ochs called “Visualization of it will happen” It is important to have a clear picture in front of you about what you want to achieve with your work. A vision is different from the objective in the sense that you already be able to “see” a movie for your mind of what it is, how it feels to have already achieved all goals and have succeeded in all tasks. Above all is the feeling you want to know. As important as the actual experience vision is to share it with your team of employees so that they are motivated the same way as you.
Goals – It is important to have the hunger and ambition to change the current, using a clarity of vision, but that project your energy in the right direction is the goal. As David Schwartz said in “The Magic of Thinking Big”: “A goal is more than a dream – it’s a dream that one does something!” Your goals need to be clear and precise. So that you can benefit from setting goals, you need to set realistic goals that can motivate you to get to work with enthusiasm and passion. It has proved, to have goals written down on paper gives you a huge advantage. Now you can easily examine your goals – morning and evening.
Working for a plan – Having a plan for your work to help you focus your efforts, those that take you closer to your goals and your vision. It is so easy to be distracted by little things, who can see the important – but only steals time away from you. Business philosopher Jim Rohn formulated in this way: “Major in major things – mines in mine things” You can split the data into the macro (the largest-and highest priority), Mini (just under the Macro – important but not crucial) and micro (small interference ..)
Work – A quote goes as follows: “Without a vision, the people perish” and we might add: “Without ACTION, the Vision perish” You have to lead your team by being an example of a good work ethic. Continuity, persistence, combined with a focus on the work plan is imperative. As a leader you are expected to find solutions to emerging problems and clear away obstacles in the way of the work process.
It’s part of every step to seek mentoring from people who have gone through the same process as you, and have managed to achieve their goals, fully – or partially. To have one, or several mentors that you can brainstorm with and learn from good advice and experience would be crucial – not just the speed – but Ochs if you will be able to reach your goals – and ultimately your vision.
