Aloha Everyone,
I know that it has been a while since I have written. Wouldn’t you have just known it, when I ordered the EXP Body product, I ordered the wrong one. I had to send back the one that I had ordered. I should get my new product my either tomorrow, (Thursday) or definitely by Friday. I am still really excited about my 90 day challenge.
As I mentioned in my first blog, my goal is lose 50 pounds in 90 days. The reason I want to lose 50 pounds is because I am sick and tired of being sick and tired all of the time. I hate having no energy. I can’t wait until I can start my 90 day challenge. It will be great. I want to share with you a poem that is find on page one of the challenge. I really like it. I hope that you enjoy it too. Here it is:
You can
If you think you are beaten you are,
If you think you dare not, you don’t
If you like to win, but you think you can’t
It’s almost a cinch you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost,
For out in the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow’s will
It’s all in the state of mind
If you think you’re outclassed, you are,
You’ve got to think high to rise.
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life’s battles don’t always go
to the stronger or faster man,
But sooner or later the man who wins
is the man Who Thinks He Can!
