With the SLGenie there seems to be one problem if maintenance is not kept up on a daily basis. The software will lock-up. The software may lock up each time you touch a specific folder. If the folder has as few as a thousand or more emails in it, chances are it’ll lock up. The number of emails before lock up varies depending on the condition of the computer. Below is a recorded video that shows you step by step how to fix it. If, by chance you cannot get yourself to do it, just place a support ticket found in the members area and you will get assistance via screen sharing.
