With the SLGenie there seems to be one problem if maintenance is not kept up on a daily basis. Keep the folder 0f safelist genie cleaned out orS LGenie software locks up watch the video. I find that when I mail I sometimes forget the Inbox folder. That folder will hold as few as a thousand or more emails in it. That number varies depending on the condition of the computer. Luckily we have a recorded step by step video to help. If by chance you can not get yourself to do it, just place a support ticket found in the members area and they will assist you via screen sharing.
