I will be posting a series of three blog posts and today is the first of them.
The lovely Joanna Rogers from the Better Women’s Network set me a task about the importance of Goal Setting. In order to achieve these goals you need to start at the beginning by writing yourself a list.
This is the fun part because these are things you may want, however, they may things you need. However, big or small, they form part of your list of goals and there are no limits so get writing.
Then, you need to look at timescales, so add a timescale to each one. These goals then need to be put into short, medium or long term.
You can add to these goals along the way if you so wish. There are no restrictions as to how many you can have.
