It seems a long time ago but I started to work from my home full time taking customer service calls for a client that I obtained on the “LiveXchange Network” which is now called Contract World.
My first client was Audible.com.
I then got 2 contracts with Direct Energy.
I got a contract with LiveXchange as a tech support agent.
I got a contract with LiveXchange as a Community Sponsor to help bring people into the network and explain what it was all about.
I got a contract with LiveXchange as a Live Meeting Host to hold live meetings to explain the system. At first we did meetings both in North America and the United Kingdom. Later it was reduced to only Monday evenings at 8PM.
I got a contract with CAA. I took and processed Emergency Roadside Assistance call. CAA was an excellent client and I was with them for almost seven years.
However the management decided to go in another direction and announced that the contract would be ending at the end of November 2013. They gave the agents lots of lead time to get ready, which is very unusual in the contract agent business.
I was very thankful to have a great relationship with CAA and the people there.
I am now not doing any contract job work. Customer Service work can take a toll and become too repetitive. So here I am starting new things, but I am grateful for the past.
If you are interested in this type of work I can help you with it.
Please let me know how I can help.
