Let’s talk about Bobby Darin.
He’s not an online, multi-gazillionaire GURU.
In fact, he died in 1973, long before the Internet was even an idea.
Bobby was a singer in the 50’s who tried to make a name for himself by singing POP songs.
He was rejected.
After all, ROCK & ROLL was at its peak then.

No way you could succeed with pop.
Frustrated, Darin decided to take things into his own hands.
Did he create his own album?
NOPE!
He couldn’t afford it.
What he did instead, was approach the record companies
that rejected him in the past.
But now he had a different plan.
You see, he wrote a song that harmonized with what people
were buying back then.
The song was called “Splish Splash” and was a typical rock & roll tune.
The record companies were ecstatic.
They helped him create his first album.
And they went on to sell millions of records.

Later Bobby could do anything he wanted, including produce his
own Pop & Jazz record and become famous in the process.
Anyway, here’s why you should care:
I see so many people online, trying to monetize their passion.
They are fed the “do what you love and the money will follow” mantra.
Sorry, but it doesn’t work this way.
I love sleeping, eating and going for walks.
I still haven’t figured out how to earn a living with all the above.
What I do is follow day in and day out a system (formula) that
eliminates any guesswork.
Plus, I check if I harmonize with people.
How do I do it?
I look at my bank account.
As long as I’m raking in tons of leads and Benjamins,
I’m harmonizing.
Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy.
