Safelist Genie (SLGenie) Video Training: Stopping SLGenie from Freezing Up

So if you are here, Safelist Genie or SLGenie is locking up on you and it is driving you crazy.  Do not get too perturbed, the problem is a common one and the fix is easy.  This problem appears to occur when one Safelist folder contains approximately a thousand or more emails in it. So if you are behind in clicking for credits, it is quite possible, there may be a few folders with a thousand or more emails in it.  In speaking with our Support Genie, the number of emails in a folder can vary depending on how many emails all the folders may contain.

Just remember that if you do fall behind in clicking, chances are there may be many emails that may not give you credits because the alloted time for clicking has passed.  Some Safelists allow anywhere from 3 to 10 days that they allow clicking to occur.

So check out the video below that provides step-by-step instructions on how to unlock and stop SLGenie from freezing up.  If by chance, you are unable to fix the freeze concern, place a support ticket found in the members area of SLGenie and you will be assisted via screen sharing.
