Hi Ladies!   Glad you dropped by for a little chat!

As a Baby Boomer, I am greatly concerned about how to supplement my retirement income and ways to implement the internet to build my online business.

I am a retiring Critical Care RN, very interested in Life After Retirement! I’m an old soul with a young spirit. I grew up during the ‘flower power era’ when flashing the ‘Peace Sign’ at someone meant something…

I’m passionate about helping others build their own businesses online and creating financial independence for themselves! As a Baby Boomer trying to build an online business, I’m convinced that many of us are looking for a way to supplement our retirement income without having to go out and get another full time job.

I’m a Nanny to my 3 lovely girl grans! I’m a free spirit but grounded, an outdoors girl and a Dog Mommy to my 3rd canine Staffy rescue Clay.

Most of us need more money as we either have very low paying pensions or none at all!   I believe that Better Women’s Network will provide a safe environment to help any woman get started, earn an income and build a business that will greatly improve their retirement lifestyle.

Before I could even buy my first computer with Windows 3.1, I knew there would be a connection between the computer age and nursing. So, I bought the monthly PC Magazine and taught myself html language, how to build webpages and entire websites. It was amazing to add a static picture to a basic unsecured URL page when I finally bought my very first 'harddrive' as they were called, before being named PC's, (Personal Computers.) I wed the Internet to my PC and became a Publisher with The National Library of Canada, self editing the very first Canadian textbook on the relationship between RN's and the Internet titled, "Nurses on the Net." I'm a free spirit but grounded, an outdoors girl and a Dog Mommy to my 3rd canine Staffy rescue, Clay. ~ Donna Marie ~

    Hi Donna. I do agree that many Baby Boomer who are looking for a way to supplement their retirement income should consider starting an online business. Better Women’s Network is the best place to start.

  • Hi Donna – you are right on about Baby Boomers and especially Baby Boomer women who are headed for retirment, but do not have the money to truly enjoy their retirement.

    • Yes Corinne, we can’t rely on our government pensions any more. 
      BWN is a wonderful security blanket and blanket itself!
