What is the difference between an obstacle and an opportunity? Our attitude toward it. Every opportunity has a difficulty, and every difficulty has an opportunity. J. Sidlow Baxter

There is always going to be someone who comes along with their own opinion on what you are doing.  How to do it better, what they don’t like about it, it costs money, it’s a pyramid scheme, it’s a scam etc. When it’s someone you have never met before it can take you back a bit especially if they are being rude rather than helpful.  Then you begin to add your own thoughts to the mix: maybe this is too hard, I can’t do this, I feel like I’m getting nowhere.  It can put you in a downer and make you question what you are doing. Everyone has these days and it’s ok to feel like this. You just have to remind yourself why you started in the first place.

Then use their negativity as the obstacle in which you can turn into an opportunity!

I reminded myself that I had done my research before joining and that my Husband wouldn’t have supported me doing this if he thought it was a scam or scheme. That every business costs money to start and the costs for this one were tiny compared to others. It takes time to get started and was never supposed to be a get rich quick. Like every business it has it’s own system and structure for making it work. If you think of a supermarket : There is the store manager, then the store trading manager and store service manager. The department managers and their second in charge. Then you have all the workers, night shift staff to the cleaners. Add to that the owner and all the other people behind the scenes you don’t really know about. Looks like a pyramid but it’s not a scheme. Every business requires you to put in some work to see results. And not every business will be for everyone.

The Better Women’s Network is a group full of like minded women all wanting to succeed in the world of Network Marketing. A lot of us are completing new to this but we are being taught and supported by the experienced ones. We are given all the tools to help us succeed!

It would be lovely if everyone just supported each other and lifted them up instead of finding a way to bring them down! Lucky I have found a group of ladies doing just that!

Hi, my name is Erin, I am 28 and recently married. For awhile now I had been thinking there has got to be a better way to get where I wanted financially and live the life I wanted. More so since becoming married as I want to be able to contribute to our family and not have to put all the pressure on my Husband to support us financially when we have kids. I decided 2013 was the year to make a change and I have found a wonderful group of like minded ladies. Who are empowering other women to succeed in the world of network marketing. The group offers support and training throughout as we want everyone to succeed. I am very shy and quiet but that's the beauty of this group! Anyone can do it! We are all different with our own individual qualities . The Better Women’s Network is an exciting online business opportunity helping women across the globe in making money from home. It is the perfect home based business for anyone looking to work from home. You will find a supportive team environment where you will learn so much about working online through the training on network marketing and all the resources you have available through GlobalNPN. Xx

I really enjoyed this Erin. It is very true about the struggle to start up any business.  I look forward to reading more from you.

  • It is amazing how many people use negativity as obstacles. Great post 🙂

  • The funny thing, Erin, is that most people usually give their opinion about a business without even doing their due diligence to research it. I’m glad you did and that your husband is supporting you.
