This will stop you making money online….

Many people around the world are searching for ways to make some extra money, and many are signing up to online opportunities only to find that they are unable to make any money with these programs, but why?

The answer to that my friends is so simple it can be easily be overlooked, in fact many people don’t even realize that they are failing because of it.

So what exactly is this thing that causes so many people to fail at making money online? It’s FEAR!

That’s correct, fear will stop a person dead in their tracks with no possible way to move forward unless that fear is dealt with. Okay let me give you an example.

Lets say that you’ve seen an ad for an awesome money making opportunity. It seems like a great company, it’s been online for more than 12 months and it’s going strong. You’ve researched the owners of the particular company in question and all the right boxes have been ticked, so you’re feeling excited and you sign up to their 14 day free trial.

During your free trial you get to learn a little about marketing and how the compensation plan works, however, the deadline for the free trial’s end is getting close, and you’re starting to feel nervous about actually paying for the company’s product. You feel especially nervous because you’ll be paying by a monthly subscription.

At this point some people give up and never actually pay for the product! They leave and go searching for another company that will hopefully have a better compensation plan or a longer free trial period. What these people don’t realize is that their own fears are crippling any chances of them actually making any money. Usually they repeat this process over and over with each new opportunity they find, until one day they simply give up believing it’s just to hard and scary to invest their money to make money.

Then there are those people who do actually get past that first hurdle of fear and pay for the product. However, they soon begin reasoning within themselves, “well I’ll give it a month or two, and if it doesn’t work I’ll pull out so I don’t get ripped off.” Can you see fear at work here? This kind of reasoning is fueled by fear, primarily the fear of loss.

As long as you have this kind of fear you’re destined to consistently fail at making money online. So what’s the answer?

Deal with the fear! Get rid of it permanently because your prosperity depends on it. How do you get rid of fear?

One of the best ways I’ve found to deal with this kind of fear is to hang around with people who are already making some good money online. You can find them in home based business forums, blogs, and chat rooms. Read their blog posts, ask questions, get involved in their online communities, and attend their live webinars.

Hanging around with successful people is going to have a great impact on you. The more you hang with them the more you’re going to find your fears, about losing money, melt away. Sure there is a certain amount of “capital risk” involved with any business venture, but you should not let that make you fearful.

The fearful in life don’t get anywhere. Now that may sound a little harsh but it’s a reality that we all need to consider if we want to become successful.

So then, consider the “fear of loss” as your enemy and deal with it by hanging around with successful people. Building new associations with those who are actually making money will empower you to make money as well.  Please remember that every successful entrepreneur has, at one time or another, faced and overcome their own personal fear of loss, and so can you!
