With the SLGenie there seems to be one problem if maintenance is not kept up on a daily basis. As support manager I get tickets for safelist genie or slgenie is the software that itlocks up. The tickets will start with something like. My SLGenie locks up everytime I touch folder X. That will folder will as few as a thousand or more emails in it. Now with as many members that I have hooked up with, the numbers before lock up varies pending on condition of the computer. Luckily I have recorder this step by step video to help most. If by chance you can not get yourself to do it, just palce a support ticket found in the members area and I will assist you via screen sharing.
