How many hits to your site you need to get a sign-up, noone can answer that. You get heavy hitters and no hits at all, always depending on the ads you run and where. You can join a business, use the same ads the program is providing and you get nowhere. In my opinion you need to make your own and try to stick out to get the sign-ups or you take an easy way by joining a Team that helps you get what you need, which is also good for the Team to get where they want.
That`s how you can get your success, but even that is always to be carefully valuated. Too many scams are out there and Teamwork should always be free, and for businesses you still have to valuate yourself. Make sure you use Google, Alexa and other Browsers to get the info on the business you are interrested in and never jump on without.
As soon as you found the right one for you, promote every day as many ways you can find and don`t jump out if you don`t get anything in the first month. It might take you 6 months to see the fruits of the seeds you planted, and that you have to focus on. There are the ones that got a good hand on promoting and hitting the scoreboard every month but thats the 2% everyone is always talking about. Some have to be persistend to reach there goal in a biger timeframe but NEVER GIVE UP!
