Building a downline for a home based business is one thing…
keeping it is another topic altogether!
What can you do to keep your downline?
Maintaining communication with your team is extremely important in building a home based business in the network marketing or MLM industry. Your team consists of your downline and your upline.
Good communication and supportive teamwork are the determining factors on whether you succeed or fail.
The number one mistake many newbie network marketers make is not keeping in close communication with their uplines; and then as their home business grows – not keeping in touch with their downlines.
The network marketing industry is growing rapidly on the internet. Many distributors make the assumption that just because they are online they don’t have to talk to people! Not So!!
They tend to think that all they have to do is hide behind a website, email address, or a capture page and success is on the way. It simply is not going to happen.
Supportive team environment is the key.
You must communicate in order to keep your teams together, and to keep your downlines from quitting on you – especially online. The online home business person can feel isolated and frustrated very quickly. There needs to be a good relationship between you and your team, and in turn, between you and your sponsor. It’s your responsibility to ensure this happens.
Use Facebook and Skype to communicate on a daily basis. I also use Global NPN to maximize communication opportunities with team members and new members.
Global NPN has all the online marketing tools that every marketer needs to build an online business and keep their team together.
