My journey to create extra income streams…..the good, the bad and the ugly !!

Ive been on a quest…a quest to find some extra income streams…and after a LOT of searching ……. Ive finally found what I was looking for!

Ive always been open minded to opportunities, tried a few that didnt work for me (yes there are a few of you who can have a giggle with me here about those lol).

However, my journey was kicked into gear pretty quickly 12 months ago, when I first started having to pay out for Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and additional resources for my little boy who is struggling with language delays/dyslexia. There are some wonderful resources out there to help kids…but they aint cheap! Once I added up these costs and realised they werent going to be short term costs I soon realised our family budget just could not cope with these and I needed to find some solutions…FAST!!

I can’t tell you how many hours Ive spent researching, talking to people and walking the talk….lets just say its been all consuming and why my friends and family haven’t seen much of me for the past year. Sorry guys, you know I love you 🙂

Have I found some doozies…sure have!!

Have I met some shady characters…mmmmhmmmm….dont get me started!!

HOWEVER, in the process of weeding out the scams and the shysters, Ive met some amazing people with the same ethics as mine who have taught me volumes and Im now well on my way to growing several income streams for my family.

They aren’t get rich schemes and they do require work, but the point I want to make is that they are very DOABLE!

Ive had some amazing people help me and now its my turn to “pay it forward” and help others who want help to do the same.

Its so much fun and Ive met some absolutely wonderful people from all around the world who have taught me so much, not just about business...but most importantly about me 🙂 What started out as a small dream to reduce some hours in my "day job" has now grown into a dream of full retirement from 9-5. Ive taken control....and IM MAKING IT HAPPEN!
