Visualise your life in 10 years time. What would you dare to do if you could not fail? Describe your ideal life. Who is there and how do you spend your time? These are just a few things you can consider when setting your goals.
The thought of setting goals usually sends me into a slight conniption. I find it real difficult to set big goals as I am very content where I am in life. My husband on the other hand loves to set goals. Every year I have to sit down (a compulsory part of my marriage) and fill in this goal setting form (feel free to use this if it helps). We then analize against each other and get a plan for the year. Sigh, Yawn, zzz.
Imagine how happy I was that I had done these goals when I got the task of goal setting today from Joanna Rogers of Better Womens Network.
All I had to do was go to the draw get out my sheet and jot the goals down in this blog. So here are some of them as I wrote them 6 weeks ago.
1 year goals
1. Get my Pilates teacher training ticket
