Removing Distractions

I have a saying : “Garbage In, garbage out”.  That means if  I clutter my brain with unnecessary information garbage clutter is what I will get”.  This is also speak to anyone who program their thoughts and feeling into their subconscious, garbage is what they will get in their life.

Unfortunately,  just as day-to-day living we are living in a world of distractions.  Everything that we do also occupy our mental and emotional housing.   Some people have get distracted with the thoughts of empty hopes, blackened attitudes and crumpled feeling accumulate no matter how and healthy they are.

This kind of mind distractions can stink up your life, and as it takes up more and more space it gets in the way of you getting your goals.  This type of distraction either spills across the door preventing it from opening for less clutter or it becomes piled up so high that you can’t even see your goal.

When a person learn the art of removing diversion they will have more room to fill up their mental and emotional dome with positive thoughts.

In my life I really don’t have much distractions because I recognized their real purpose in my thoughts. I learned how to let them go because I have no use for whatever kind of disturbance they are attempting to do.

It feels good feeling more bounce in my step.  My mind feels free and light. Entering my mind and walk though each room provide a breathing space of whatever creation I would love to entertain.  I think of it as clutter free room which is satisfying, refreshingly clean and no foul smell.

No more distractions to get in the way of what I want.

I decided whenever mental and emotional distractions start accumulating, I will going to throw it away before it causes distress and start creeping into my life.

I hope you are doing the same thing.

Thanks guys. Very good Stuff. Distractions are often habit-based, set off by a certain trigger point in the human brain. I have tons of them but I learned to clean them up a bit. Some people can eliminate distraction but most just live with it. I think I spent more time just trying to get rid of it rather than just learning to live with it. It makes it much easier in the long run and much less stressful. Thanks again. Great read. Keep up the great work..
