TopSurfer.com Drops PayPal. Implements More Options.

I’m sure you’re probably aware by now how Paypal has recently gone bonkers, closing and limiting accounts by the thousands.
I started with TopSurfer April 29, 2003.

I started out buying 1 month wholesale memberships back then for $10 using PayPal. Aside from all the stuff you get as a whole member, it also enables you to receive instant commissions.
