Day #2. This blog is where we can chat it up some about what to most of us is a real “love / hate” relationship with the MLM business model right?

Since I have an opinion on everything (just ask those closest to me especially my wife) I thought it might be cool to start some banter about the daily “motivators” that hit my inbox. Make sense? Do you agree or disagree? Do you have something to add? Is the motivator a little blah (sort of like this first one)?

Those who make it big in MLM within a short time are the EXCEPTION to the NORM. Do you have what they have? (The experience, built trusts, contacts, paid the price) Everyone who has made it had all paid the price.

KEVIN’S TAKE:

Well…I guess nothing could be more true? Although it attracts many people with a “get rich quick / hit the lottery” mentality.

In fact, maybe just the opposite could be said for many – MLM will drain your pocket-book if you don’t treat it like any other business which includes putting together a real solid and serious plan – yep, like a formal business plan even.

The execution that plan with focus and precision. What’ is your break even point? What exactly is it that you need to do to “make it”? How is success defined? Do you track your results in order to eliminate that which is not working and also DO MORE of that which is working.

So MLM can actually be just to opposite i.e. a “Get Poor Quick” if you’re not careful.
