How many do you suggest as personal downline?

An awesome question was asked on Facebook today and I will answer it via a series of blog posts. Kinda of bust it up into bite sized pieces.

The question asked was “How many do you suggest to have as your personal downline?”

Assuming we are discussing Global NPN here it is
suggested to build your matrix as a managed matrix 5 wide.

Today I will discuss how the compensation plan would work if you are a Pro Member paying $14.95 per month

If you are a PRO level member, the maximum referral bonus you can earn is $5.00 per month for each of your referrals. If someone joins under you at the DIRECTOR or GOLD levels, you can still only earn $5.00 for each of them.

When a Director or Gold Member joins in Your team there is nothing holding you back from upgrading so that you can enjoy the increased commission.

Eg If you are a DIRECTOR level member at $39.95 per month subscription, the maximum referral bonus you can earn is $25.00 per month for each of your referrals. At this level you can earn $5.00 for any PRO members you sponsor, and $25.00 for any DIRECTOR or GOLD level members you sponsor.

In reality when you gain a Director in your Team as a personal referral from BetterWomensNetwork Marketing it would be good to work out how much you are missing out receiving because you choose to stay at Pro Level.

Pro level $14.95 monthly Subscription
Personally Sponsored Director $5.00 monthly commission
Net cost to you $9.95 per month

Upgrade to Director when personally sponsored Director attracted to YOUR team.

Director $39.95 monthly subscription
Personally Sponsored Director $25 monthly commission
Net cost to you $14.95

Look at that why wouldn’t you upgrade to Director when a personally Sponsored Director is attracted to YOUR team.

and guess what??? People that join your team want to be just like you. So as soon as you upgrade and let your team know they will want to upgrade as well. When I upgraded to Gold 90% of my downline upgraded and it was like Twinkling stars all shiny and Gold:)

There are three other ways that you get paid commission and it is all on the main page of GlobalNPN people can read and study before they sign up for the subscription. Look under the tab that is called “affiliates”

Back to the original question. How many do you suggest as personal downline.

As a Pro and you are attracting Personally Sponsored Pro’s you require 3 pro’s to break even.

$14.95 per month Subscription

$5.00 x 3 Commission per month

As soon as your attract a personally Sponsored Director Via Betterwomansnetwork even though it will be more likely to be a Gold Member it would be in your best interest to upgrade straight away to earn your higer commission because you would not have to pay any more out of your back pocket so to speak.

A strategy to use if finances restrict you to Pro level (don’t ever be embarrassed to start where you can afford)  is to promote and attract 5 direct sponsored pros generating you $25 commission. You are already pay $14.95 subscription so once you have your 5 pros you upgrade to Director which is $40.

You use your global NPN back office to contact your downline and inform them that you have just upgraded to Director because the commissions generated means that no extra money is coming out of my back pocket to enjoy Director Status. Tell them how you attracted them and you are not going to stop doing that and now you are going to step up the attraction to them because they are so special to you and the next 5 attractions to my business I will share directly with them because if it wasn’t for their commissions I would never have been able to upgrade as a director.

Comprehend that as a director if you attract a direct sponsored director the commission earned is $25. If you share that director with your Pro downline unless and until that Pro upgrades the maximum commission. The Pro will earn will be $5. So it is a great time to share a director with a pro and educate them about how the commission works as a pro opposed to as director.
