How to Manage Your Directors and Gold Matrix

Assuming we are discussing Global NPN here it is
suggested to build your matrix as a managed matrix 5 wide.

Today I will discuss how the compensation plan would work if you are a Director Member paying $39.95 per month

If you are a Director level member, the maximum referral bonus you can earn is $25.00 per month for each of your referrals.

So when someone joins under you at the Pro, DIRECTOR or GOLD levels, you can  earn

$5.00 for Pro

$25 for Director

$65 for Gold

When a  Gold Member joins in Your team there is nothing holding you back from upgrading so that you can enjoy the increased commission.

Eg If you are a DIRECTOR level member at $39.95 per month subscription, the maximum referral bonus you can earn is $25.00 per month for each of your referrals. At this level you can earn $5.00 for any PRO members you sponsor, and $25.00 for any DIRECTOR or GOLD level members you sponsor.

In reality when you gain a Gold in your Team as a personal referral from BetterWomensNetwork Marketing it would be good to work out how much you are missing out receiving because you choose to stay at Director Level.

Personally Sponsored Director $25.00 monthly commission
Net cost to you $14.95 per month

Upgrade to Gold when personally sponsored Gold attracted to YOUR team.

$99.95 monthly subscription
Personally Sponsored Gold $65 monthly commission
Net cost to you $34.95

Look at that!!!

Your Net cost is less than Director’s Subscription.

Why wouldn’t you upgrade to Gold when a personally Sponsored Gold is attracted to YOUR team.

And guess what???

People that join your team want to be just like you.

So as soon as you upgrade and let your team know they will want to upgrade as well.

When I upgraded to Gold 90% of my downline upgraded and it was like Twinkling stars all shiny and Gold:)

As a Director and you are attracting Personally Sponsored Directors you require 2 Directors to gain a small profit.

$39.95 per month Subscription

$25.00 x 2 Commission per month

$9.95 profit per month on just Two Personally Sponsored Directors

As soon as your attract a personally Sponsored Gold Via Betterwomansnetwork  it would be in your best interest to upgrade straight away to earn your higher commission because you would not have to pay any more out of your back pocket so to speak.

A strategy to use if finances restrict you to Director level

(don’t ever be embarrassed to start where you can afford)

Is to promote and attract 3 direct sponsored pros generating you $75 commission.

You are already pay $39.95 subscription so once you have your

3 Directors                      $75.00 Commission

You upgrade to Gold which is $99.95

Your Net cost is           $24.95 which is less than Directors Subscription

When this occurs you use your global NPN back office to contact your downline and inform them that you have just upgraded to Gold because the commissions generated means that no extra money is coming out of your back pocket to enjoy Gold Status.

Tell your downline how you attracted them and you are not going to stop doing that process.

Now you are going to step up the attraction to them because they are so special to you and the next 5 attractions to my business I will share directly with them because if it wasn’t for their commissions I would never have been able to upgrade as a Gold.

Comprehend that as a Gold if you attract a direct sponsored Gold the commission earned is $65.

If you share that Gold with your Director .

The Director will earn will be $15.

And you will earn $50 per month. Naturally Betterwomensnetwork is always promoting the main link and transfering the new member directly to the next woman in line for a directly sponsored refferral.
