Choosing The Right Company

Those of you who know me well know that I love reading quotes from successful people from over the years. It’s not that I don’t have a voice of my own, after all Windows 7 was my idea! Lol!
In previous articles on my blog I have talked about the four essential elements which you need to have to become a success.

Now lets just say for sake of argument that you have all of the elements above. Now what!
Today I want to talk to you about three key elements which you MUST look for when evaluating an opportunity.
Global NPN – The Right Product
There are 100′s of companies online today, and many of them are great but the most important element of picking a Network Marketing company is that you have passion for the product or service which you are selling. Without Passion, there can be no Success.
Global NPN – The Right Leadership
The second key element which you must consider is the founder(s) and leadership of the company. Does your company have a strong founder? Is he/she committed to long term growth. What is their vision. Their goals. Their background. Find out all you can about your companies founders and then decide is that someone who you can be partners with?

Global NPN – The Right Compensation Plan
The third element is the companies compensation plan. I see people every day in my primary opportunity who have been in for a decent length of time and some still don’t fully understand the comp plan. It’s not that the plan is complicated, cause it’s not. It’s just that as soon as people join they are focused on building a list, having home parties, and attending the next weekly meeting with a fresh new prospect. While building a list is important you need to first understand your companies comp plan in detail both for your own benefit and for the benefit of those who choose to join you. That said, all YOU need to know about the Global NPN’s comp plan right now is that it’s AWESOME! Refer just two people and you’re in profit!
To be totally honest with you there are many great companies out there in our industry. Whether you choose Global NPN or another company ultimately your success or failure will be determined solely by your own faith and your own efforts. Before you can truly grow your business you need to focus on your own personal growth and education! You need a mentor to work with you, not for you and you need a system that has been proven to work for many who have come before you.
When you combine the personal elements of Desire, Humility, Commitment, and Persistence with the right company elements Passion for product, Founder(s) and leadership, and Comp Plan then your eventual success is inevitable!
