Share the Spirit of Christmas with Your Online Business Team

I love the Christmas Season.

However, sometimes I wonder if we have lost the true Christmas Spirit.

Does it seem like there’s too much hustle, stress and commercialism?

I am fortunate to belong to a wonderful network of Women called the Better Women’s Network and we are working together to help 100,000 women around the world to start making a change and to create their own financial freedom. In order for this to happen, we all need to work as a team.

I have composed a list of ways that we can share the Spirit of Christmas with our team members as we move forward into a new and exciting 2013.

Commitment. Make a promise to team members to provide the support they deserve.

Help. Be ready to give assistance and support and provide what is necessary to accomplish a task or satisfy a need.

Relationships. Build and nurture the connections that have been established and continue to build new relationships.

Inspire. Be passionate and motivating in order to influence others to achieve success.

Support. Encourage and help others, enabling others to have confidence and achieve their goals.

Team. There is no “I” in team. Make sure to add value and support to all new and existing team members.

Mentor. Share experience, knowledge and leadership with others in order to help them achieve their goals.

Adapt. Nothing is as constant as change. It is necessary to accept change and take on challenges in order to learn and grow.

Share. Christmas is about sharing and giving. Whether it’s knowledge, time or supporting others; that is where the spirit of Christmas can be found.

There is nothing as wonderful as seeing the magic of Christmas through a child’s eyes.
