What it takes to find a leader

I had a wonderful leadership breakfast this morning and reinforced why we are doing this business and to think back to our why.

I have mentioned in the past that it take perseverance to succeed and that is the same in anything you do, either trying to succeed in a normal job, a sport or anything for that matter if you want to be successful.

When you are building a business from home it can be hard work and sometimes you feel that it is overwhelming so try this.  Apply a pack of cards to your business. Now if we were to give you a pack on 54 playing cards (includes 2 jokers) and we said for every ace you found we would give you $10,000 what would you do? Would you stop after turning over 10 cards and give up because it looked too hard, or would you keep going? Would you be fed up if you found a joker instead of an ace (The joker is there to fool you as it could be for that person you want it for them more than they want it for themselves). For many people if they knew that that ace would give their family $10,000 they would keep turning over the cards until they found that ace.

Now if you put that back into business terms and think of the ace as a leader like you and all the cards as contacts and the jokers as people that tell you they want to be your business partner but maybe don’t really want to put in the effort to achieve that goal, or you maybe want it for them more than they want it for themselves.

Now think to yourself  if you would keep going (no matter what) to find those people who could be leaders in your business if it meant that could mean a potential extra $10,000 a month for your family in the future just from finding that one leader like you. I know I would and I have.  I have never let anything stop me from reaching my goals and knowing that my family will have a different lifestyle and also knowing that with our non for profits we also have the opportunity to change lives on a global scale and helping those families who need it.

Many people at this time of year are reflecting on what has been in 2012 and what could be in 2013 and maybe looking for a change. Many of the most successful people in our business started their business with the company in December because they were re-evaluating their lives.  One of the most successful in the business joined in December 1991 and was bankrupt when he joined had been in other things before always looking to get his family ahead. To date his earnings with our company are over $29 million dollars!! Who would like over $29 million dollars for shopping for normal products they would have bought anyway and just sharing a brand of luxury products at grocery store prices.  Being paid for telling people about everyday products.

We are looking for some leaders to work with us this month and this coming year – are you one of these. Do you have a goal of changing your future and would you like to help us give back too by helping the Projects and non for profits we support such as The Life 2 Project and Sunny Kids.

This is looking at a sustainable business which can change lives and create change for good on a global scale by helping those less fortunate.

IS THIS TIME FOR YOU TO REALLY LOOK OUTSIDE THE BOX OF WORKING 9-5 AND HAVE THE LIFESTYLE THAT YOU REALLY WANT AND HELP OTHERS TOO?

I am a mum of 4 young children and got fed up of always working for other people. I was introduced to an amazing company last year and helped my children to relieve their symptoms of eczema. we have not had any breakout for 11 months now, so I refer the brand to others to help people get better safer products. I work with an International Billion Dollar company that manufacturers health and wellness products. I started part-time in September 2011 and decided to focus entirely on this opportunity in March this year. I also work with The Life 2 Project, which is an organisation that supports women healing from domestic violence. Having had personal experience with domestic violence, it is very important to me that I can help others who are going through or have been through what I did. We have created a structure in my business to help support their important work where they are given a cheque every month just from people shopping for things they would have bought in other stores. I have now also become part of the Freedom and Empowerment Campaign in the UK which is about breaking the cycle of domestic violence and helping to raise funds for their amazing campaign again through people just shopping!! Over the years, I've worked for a number of large companies as travel consultant and in Human Resources, but at the heart of it, I'm a working mum just like so many others. My work now is largely providing information to people on how they can use products that don't contain the harmful toxins found in most mass marketed household brands. By simply switching stores, they can access products that are better for them and their families and better value I also manage and mentor a team in Australia and abroad and help them achieve the same success that I have. I also help families who are looking for a plan B have the opportunity for financial freedom or families can just shop and save money.
