Hello now I like to tell you how to setup your global NPN autoresponder system:

And also for the first use of your autoresponder you need to click the red button “Click to Setup/Synchronize your Mail Marketer Pro Account”. Then click the button “Click Here to LOGIN to your Mail Marketer Pro Account”.
II Next we need to Create a Contact List
Go to “Contact Lists” and click “Create a Contact List”.
Fill out the form: we need a name for this list. Your name and e-mail address. Dont’t forget to enter at bootom your Name or Company Name and address. Click the button “Save”.
III Then we need to Create a Website Form
Go to “Forms” and click “Create a Website Form”.
Choose the form type “Subscription” for subscribing visitors to your contact list. Give a name for the form (can be the same like contacts list name). Select “Send a thank you email” if you need to change the text of the subscription email. Choose Text or HTML(äitsch/tie/emm/ell) email format. Choose the lists you want to use with this form. Click the button “Next”.
leave or change the page after subscription or specify one of your own websites. This is the site that the prospect will see after he sent the form data. Leave or change the text of the confirmation email. And don’t forget to enter your address and the unsubscribe link by using the button “Insert a custom field”. Click the button “Next”.

Copy the website form HTML code into a text file. You will need it later for inserting it into your capture page. Press “Ok” and that’s it.
IV And we need to Create an Autoresponder
Go to “Autoresponders” and click “Create an Autoresponder”.
Give this autoresponder a name. Click the button “Next”.
Choose email format and other things important for you. Click the button “Next”.
Type a Subject for the email. Type text into the form or import a file. And don’t forget to enter your address and the unsubscribe link by using the button “Insert a custom field”.
If you like you can insert a file as attachment. You should Check your email for spam keywords. If you like you can send preview emails to different email accounts. Click the button “Save and Exit”. That’s it. For a series of emails simply setup more autoresponders like this one.
And don’t forget to activate your autoresponder by clicking the red cross. And very important: always make sure you include an unsubscribe link. This is necessary to prevent spam reports.
V And to get all this working we need a capture page and we need to Insert the form HTML code into this Capture Page.
Go to “Products and Tools” and click “Page Creator”.
Click the link “Edit”.
On this place you can create a capture page if you have none. For doing this it’s good to know and use some HTML tags. But inserting only some text should also be working. Insert the form HTML code into the field “Form Code”. Click the button “Click to Update Page!”
And then it’s done. The setup of your autoresponder system is finished and you can use it. Maybe you need to fine-tune some settings. I suggest to use one of your email addresses for testing the autoresponder. You can do this by subscribing yourself with this address on your autoresponder so that you will receive all mailings from your list. This is a good way to check your emails for errors like missing unsubscribe link or what ever could be wrong.
