People scan blogs – more than they read them
Be sure to make your blog reader friendly as well as search engine friendly.
How to make your Global NPN Blog easy to read.
Pictures:
- Be sure to add a picture to your blog and make it ‘clickable’ to a page you would like your reader to view.
- Use the Featured Image – it makes your Home page more interesting. Click on the picture to the right to see what I mean. You will see that every blog post has a picture beside it.
Infinite SEO:
Remember to fill out –
- The title tag,
- Meta description
- Meta keywords
- News keywords

Be sure to add tags – over in the right hand column – in your Global NPN dashboard
Make your blog reader friendly:
- Blog readers are scanners more than they are readers
- Use Headers 1,2,and 3 – makes it easy to scan, search engines look for headers so use keywords in your headers.
- Use bullet points to make important information stand out.
- Leave lots of white space – rule of thumb – break after every 5 lines.
Call to action:
- Add a call to action in your post script (p.s.)
- Ask your reader to comment or connect with you
- Send them to your profile page
- Send them to a squeeze page
