Here’s 25 things that you may or may not know about me –
- My Birthday is in December. I am a Sagittarian (my chinese horoscope is the Year of The Snake)
- I was born in Watford, England and migrated to Australia on my father’s passport when I was almost 13 years old. My father was a computer programmer – a profession in high demand in Australia in the 70’s.
- I spent my teen years growing up in the foothills of the Dandenongs – home of the infamous ‘Puffing Billy’ steam train, Belgrave
- I left home at 17 years of age
- I have casual employment at a local Spotlight store and a couple of evenings a week I am a karaoke host!
- I love where I live as I can see both the mountains and the ocean – one dream that came true by moving to the Gold Coast.
- I love camping out west
- I have travelled to Tasmania, Darwin, Mackay, Rockhampton, Roma, Miles, Chincilla, Dalby, St George, Goondoowindi, the Sapphire Coast of NSW and Batemans Bay – all while working!
- My favourite season is Winter – It is so much easier to get warm than it is to cool down and in the tropics, where I live, the humidity can be exhausting.
- I am not a very good morning person unless I have to be or am being paid to be so 🙂
- I love having fresh flowers and green plants around my home but I have a brown thumb :/
- I love music and singing. I own a guitar but cannot play very well – yet!
- I love connecting with people both online and face to face.
- I love to read. I have a bookshelf full of books but these day most of my reading is done on my iPad as it’s easier to see in dim light.
- I have huge dreams of travelling and owning my own massive home on a huge property with lots of horses.
- I have a certificate in Training and Assessment.
- I spent almost two years of my 20’s studying to be a teacher but had to return to full time work before I could finish.
- Orange is absolutely my favourite colour ever and always has been!
- I have been a gym junkie and even had a personal trainer
- I love chinese food takeaway
- I can get a little cranky if I don’t get regular ‘me’ time
- I love going to the movies with my girls
- My favourite TV shows are Merlin, Bones, The Syndicate and Hoarders
- I am passionate about being authentic, being able to do what makes me happy and showing others how to do the same – without guilt!
- I am also passionate about Better Womens Network and being able to build a sustainable income online with the tools and support available to me – or anyone that wants the freedom to work from home.

Hi, My name is Sonia and I have had many titles and roles to date, being the mother of four awesome children who are now all grown up I'm 'Mum'. I've worked for retail giants, Real Estate Agents, Authors and Editors, I've been an advertising co ordinator, a receptionist, a manager, a travelling sales rep, a telemarketer, a spruiker, a karaoke host and an employment consultant.
I am passionate about people and am now an entrepreneur with a vision to help as many people as I possibly can realise their dreams through engaging them and showing them tools that work! I'm still a mum. I still go out and do a few hours work for an employer that I love and I'm also still hosting karaoke shows - yes, I can sing a little too.
