Empower Network and Global NPN Compared

They have 2 things in common…they both offer a blogging platform and pay 100% commissions. Even though, they pay 100% commissions their compensation plans are very different.
Let’s talk about the blogging platforms first. I have used both Global NPN and Empower Network. The both rank high in the search engines. So let’s compare:

Global NPN you can get the blogging platform for as little as $15 a month with no affiliate fee
Global NPN – if you decide you want to promote Global NPN you can sign up as little as $15 plus $10.97 affiliate fee. (I suggest signing up at least as a Director, but more on that later.) BUT, you also get a great deal of other tools that will help you build your business: Autoresponder
Global NPN uses WordPress blogging software. The blog itself is not really customizable, but you don’t need a fancy blog to get results

Now let’s talk about Empower Network.

You can get Empower Network’s blogging platform for $25 a month.
If you decide to promote Empower Network, you have to pay $19.99 affiliate fee, and you don’t get anymore tools for this price.
Plus, you have to buy an autoresponder that they suggest…either Aweber or Get Response which will cost you another $15 -$19 per month.
Empower Network uses WordPress software, and you can customize your blog more than you can with Global NPN blog.

There are 4 different levels with Global NPN:

Basic – $15 – no affiliate fee
Pro – $15 – $10.97 affiliate fee
Director – $40 – $14.97 affiliate fee
Gold – $100 – $20.97 affiliate fee

You get lots of tools with each level to help you build your business, such as: Autoresponder, ad tracking software, of course the blogging system, screencast software, etc depending on the level that you decide to join.

When you come in at the Gold level you pay $120.97. It is not added to the other level membership prices. It is a little different with Empower Network.
What do you get with Empower Network?

Empower Network you only have blogging system for $25
Inner Circle for an extra $100 a month which consists of interviews mainly of people making money…not so much training or tools.

So if you get the blogging system and the inner circle, you will pay $125 plus the $19.99 for the affiliate fee. Your total for the two is around $145, but remember you also have to pay for an autoresponder. Your total will be closer to $165 a month.
Empower offers other training products that you buy for a one- time payment. More on that below.
Now Lets Compare Global NPN’s & Empower Network’s Compensation Plan in Simple terms

Global NPN pays 100% commissions with no pass-ups. 100% of the time. Empower Network pays 100% but you have pass-ups. You have pass-up your 2nd, 4th, 6th and every 5th one there after.

With Global NPN you also get downline commissions. You don’t in Empower Network.
The Biggest Difference Between Global NPN and Empower Network

The biggest difference is there are so many more people promoting Empower Network than Global NPN. Even though, you only get the blogging platform and the inner circle, you have to pass-up some of your commissions, and you get no downline commissions. Goes to show there is a lot of hype behind Empower Network.

Now you can buy more products with Empower Network ranging from $500 – $35000. (Might be more now.) These products are not monthly, just a one-time payment. You get 100% commissions on these with the pass-ups, but you have to sell them first. Not really an easy seller. It is hard to get someone to fork over that much money for a training product. And if don’t fork over that much money, you are considered a wussy… who cares if you have the money or not.

I am not saying Empower Network is a bad company. But here is my comparison: Global NPN has more products and tools, no pass-ups, downline commissions, and less competition. It is a no brainer.
