TODAY WAS CRAZY FOR ME! I was on my way to work as normal. THEN BOOM a HUGE traffic Jam due to Road Work Construction. It delayed me from getting to an important meeting I had in Staten Island, New York. If you don’t know anything about Staten Island..well let me tell you. You have to take the Ferry…you know the one that goes past the Statue of Liberty!
Well I was on may way to the Manhattan side of the Ferry. Finally I got passed the zone and traffic was pretty smooth afterwards….or so I thought??
I knew I had to make up time and so my feet touch the petal just a little bit too heavy and suddenly I sensed a presence behind me! Yeah you guessed it…IT WAS THE NYC TRAFFIC PATROL…on my BOOTY! What do you think happened next? You guessed it! I GOT A BIG FAT TICKET, with 6 points against my license.
I have no choice but to PLEAD NOT GUILTY and TRY TO PLEAD WITH THE JUDGE at a later time to see if I can get the price point lowered…over $200 as well as my points.
WELL YOU AS YOU CAN WELL IMAGINE…I WAS PRETTY BUMMED!!!
No matter…I still wanted to get a blog in even though my day did not go as I aspected…and I was not in the mood!
This whole day taught me, that no matter if you have a great day or NOT…YOU STILL HAVE TO FINISH STRONG! Because other people are watching YOU, depending on YOU and they want to see how YOU handle adversity!
So I had to let my team know I will give them content no matter my day! So here is a walk through of your very 1st training and that I am here to serve you no matter what.
