Ouch!
Beating your head against a wall is no fun.
But people still do it.
I did.
Matter of fact, I did it a lot.
Here’s one of those simple things that would drive me crazy…
Ever attempted to tweak a squeeze page, sales page or some other part of your funnel?
A simple thing.
I couldn’t get it to work.
I would load the page, make the changes and save the page.
When I went back, the change didn’t happen.
Over and over again I would try to make the dang page do my bidding.
Time after time the page would refuse.
I didn’t get it.
I knew I was doing something wrong, but I just couldn’t figure out what it was. Finally, I called support.
You know what it was?
My cache.
In case you didn’t know, the cache is where your computer saves webpages so they’ll load faster the next time you visit them.
Well, if you don’t clear or empty the cache, it’ll load the last thing that’s stored in there.
Which is the version of your page before you changed it.
So no matter how many times I changed it, the page would look the same because the change wasn’t saved into the cache.
Crazy, huh?
I still remember that and to this day whenever something is weird like that I remember to empty my cache.
One thing that’s not so easy is if some hater rats you out to the social media police and your account gets shut down.
Imagine having several hundred videos on YouTube suddenly disappear because somebody drops a dime on you claiming your account did…whatever.
All your work wiped out in seconds.
And usually no way to get it back.
Don’t let that happen to you.
Secure your priceless content on a site that you own and protect.
Once you do, you’ll have access to an amazing online marketing tool suite. Along with loads of training to show you how to make it all work.
Stop beating your head against the wall.
An easier way to market your business online is only a click away…
