I want to cancel my account.

I live in Australia and do not want to have the expense of an International phone call while I am put on hold and shuffled between departments to simply cancel my subscription and account.

You need to have an alternative method available – it is MY money and if I decide I no longer wish to spend it with you, I should be able to easily put that wish into action.

Do you have an alternative method for people in other countries?

If so, please tell me what it is.

Failing that, do you have a phone service that is not a call stacker loaded with recorded messages, but a direct line to a living person who can cancel my account?

Please provide the number to call, including your international dialling code.

For security purposes, all cancellations must be completed by telephone with a live representative; no exceptions.

You may also call us at (1) 760-602-3000, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time, and choosing the appropriate menu option.  Please listen to the entire list of choices in order to ensure your call is directed properly. We will be happy to assist you. Alternate methods of cancellation will not be accepted.
