The Proverbs 31 woman is a great example of a business woman. She is married to an important man, well known in their land. She has servants and I imagine that she wouldn’t need to work, but she does anyway. She knows she has certain talents and she wants to use them to bless her family and be profitable.
God is first in her heart and everything she does has a touch of His love. She wants to please Him above all. She loves her family and wants to provide for them. She not only has spiritual strength, but physical as well. She starts her day early and stays up until late working.
She has carefully studied the market in her land and seen the needs of her customers. She, then, uses those talents to fulfill those demands. She senses that her gain is good and she keeps on working. Then, she reinvests her earnings. She has multiple streams income.
She is a good manager of her household using money wisely and making proper investments. Her husband trusts her and allows her to do the work she desires to do. She is also very gracious and extends her hand to the poor and the needy.
This woman is certainly not an idle person. She has a system that she follows every day. She enjoys what she does and she’s persistent in pursuing it. Then, God blesses her and she reaps the profits of her labor.
The Proverbs 31 woman used things that were available in her own environment to make money. If she lived in our era, I’m sure she would be using the Internet as one of her means of producing income. I would not hesitate to introduce to her the Better Women’s Network – a group of lovely ladies who work together with the same purpose she had of making money to help our families.
