After 17 years of single parenting my daughter is starting University and I feel like I am about to be set free out into the World 🙂 So… Hello World …. I am here ! A kid in a candy store… or Immelda in a shoe shop …. what will I do now? what will I have next ? Oh this looks exciting ….. oh and this and this ….
So here I am at the start of the rest of my life …. And what a journey to get here – but that’s another story – I am here now and am bubbling with excitment at all that is possible 🙂
I have been teaching and training and involved in Personal & Professional development for more than 20years and of course doing all my own personal development as part of my training. I love learning and growing and feeling the newness of the next moment of life….. And sometimes I need to pull the shutters down and hibernate to recover ….. but not at this moment… This moment is filled with the newness of this moment and the excitment of the year ahead ….
One of my passions in the long term will be to set up a Housing Co-operative for Single Parents – where the ‘rent’ paid weekly into the home will be savings… accumulating Equity, so that when they are ready to move on and buy their own home they will have this as their deposit.
In the short term my mission is to get myself back on track with loads of available disposable income just for MMMMEEEEE… that is ME 🙂 It is time to spoil myself a little …. entertainment, theatre, travel, holidays Lots of nourishing health and body treatments …… Dreaming it up and Visioning ….. “Patiently and Persistently – You are Bound to be Successful Bound to be Successful…. says Goenka, Teacher on Vipassana Meditation…. Loved Vipassana training – it was one of the most profound experiences of my personal development journey.
