Building anything that lasts requires a strong foundation.
Imagine a skyscraper.
They tower over cities 100 stories high.
Even higher in some cases.
I think the tallest building in the world is in Malaysia.
For now, anyway.
Someone’s always looking to beat the record.
But one thing’s for sure.
If you’re gonna build a tower that tall, ya gotta have the right
foundation.
Pilings are sunk deep into the earth just like the roots of a tree.
The same goes for your business.
Only in business it’s the depth of your relationships that create the strong foundation.
And that’s where email comes in.
It seems like everyone’s got an opinion on what’s the “best” way to market.
But numbers don’t lie.
The numbers say that email is the most effective marketing strategy online.
That’s not just my opinion, it’s a fact proven by billions of dollars in sales.
Since that’s true, it makes sense to develop a solid email marketing plan, doesn’t it?
You betcha.
I email every day.
There are those that have different time schedules.
You’ll hafta choose your own method, but one thing’s for sure.
If you’re talking to someone every day about things they’re interested in, you’ll find that they’ll become loyal to you.
Besides, who do you feel closest to?
The people you talk to every day, or someone you only hear from once in a while?
Most would say it’s the people they’re around every day that they feel closest to.
I believe in talking to my friends every day, so that’s what I do.
You did know that I consider you a friend, didn’t you?
A hidden benefit of writing every day is that you’ll get better at it.
There’s nothing that won’t improve with practice.
So practice!
Write every day, build a solid relationship with your customers (friends) and grow your business.
It really is that simple.
