In my teens, my mom started to get into the metaphysical world. She and my dad had divorced, and she was looking for a way to cope with everything. She was 47 and a single mom with a child who had a severe disability. As she became more positive, there were definitely times I was ready to scream at here. But here I am, 47 years old, and what my mom told me really resonates in me now. She would always tell me not to say should, that difficulties are just obstacles to get around and where there’s a will there’s a way. It’s an old cliche, but for my life it is very true.
Before I joined Solavei, I truly wondered if people cared about each other any more. I had become wrapped up in the negativity that was happening around me, in my life and in other people’s lives. But through my network marketing, I realize that there are some amazing people in this world. People who were willing to help me see that I wasn’t as positive as I thought I was. I had so many things happen in my life in under six months that I didn’t even realize I was letting those things hold me back instead of letting them motivate me to move forward.
I left some negative things that were happening at my office when I went out on medical leave. While I have been out, my doctors have made it clear that going back is not an option. But Now I am moving forward, and it feels amazing! It feels great to let the negative people in my life know that they don’t affect me any longer. Now I have people in my life who support me, cheer me on, lift me up when I need it and are incredible people. It feels so good to see other people want the success for you that you want. It is such an amazing feeling to see others comment on your videos and blogs. Especially since what I write and talk about all comes from the heart. They took me under their wing, and what they said to me reminded me so much of my mom. They reminded me that words go out into the universe, so being positive and knowing what you want is crucial.
