I had such an awesome day today. I connected with a woman who lives about 30 minutes from me, and when I mentioned my disability she was shocked. She said she would never have guessed that I had a disability, and that made me think about the fact that I don’t really consider myself disabled. I have always believed that I am only as disabled as I allow myself to be. I drive, I work, I live independently. Yes I need help with some things, but everyone does. It may not be the same things, but help is help.
Mindset is everything. If you believe you can succeed, you can. I am not saying it will happen tomorrow or next week, but it will happen. Does that mean you should never get down? No, but you pick yourself up and keep moving forward. You keep reminding yourself that you deserve to to have the success you desire. You read things that help you keep moving forward and keep a positive attitude. You surround yourself with people who are successful and positive.
If you want to work with someone who can truly help you, who has been through it, connect with me on Facebook and let me know you read my blog. I love helping people! Let’s work together to have the right mindset for success!
